Mission: A Voice for all Fayette County Teens. The youth councils membership goal is to be a diverse and inclusive council. The Youth Council is open to any 8th through 12th Grade Teens including those who are Homeschooled or in Private School. Our goal is to allow an unlimited amount of members, which helps The Youth Council expand our mission and goals. Our Purpose:
